On March 30th, under the overall organization of the China’s Ministry of Commerce, 38 members of the sports industry training program from “Belt and Road Initiative” countries including Solomon Islands, Iraq and Uganda, made a special trip to Taishan Sports for industrial investigation. This exchange activity fully demonstrated the independent innovation capabilities of China’s sports technology enterprises and provided an important platform for deepening sports industry cooperation under the “Belt and Road Initiative”.

The foreign representative visited the Taishan Sports Museum, the carbon fiber competitive bicycle manufacturing workshop and the environmental-friendly artificial turf research and development center, and systematically inspected the breakthrough achievements of the enterprise in the fields of material science, intelligent technology and process innovation. They highly praised Taishan Sports for its achievements in technological innovation and standard formulation.

In recent years, under the impetus of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, Taishan Sports has maintained good exchanges and cooperation with the International Olympic Committee, the World Sports Congress, the International University Sports Federation, and various international sports associations. Relying on independent scientific and technological innovation, Taishan Sports has become a “pacemaker” on the international sports technology track, a corporate entity in the formulation of world sports industry and human health standards, and has gained more international discourse power.

This exchange event not only showcases the “hard power” of China’s sports science and technology, but also serves as a vivid practice of the global flow of innovation elements under the “Belt and Road Initiative”. It provides the Chinese solution for the modernization of sports undertakings in developing countries.
