2025-04-18

The 17th Artistic Gymnastics World Cup was held at the iconic Aspire Dome in Doha, Qatar from April 16th to April 19th.

Held in Doha, this high-profile competition is a key stop on the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) World Cup series, and serves as a crucial platform for gymnasts aiming to secure Olympic qualifications and improve their international rankings, attracting elite athletes from across the globe. Following the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, we are entering a new cycle for top-level gymnasts. Doha will serve as the first step on the qualifying route to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.

Running through April 19, this prestigious event will feature a stellar lineup of Olympic-level athletes competing across four action-packed days. This year’s competition brings together 46 male and 27 female gymnasts representing nations from around the globe, joined by 35 international judges to ensure top-tier officiating.

The first two days (April 16–17) will host the qualification rounds, while the finals are scheduled for April 18 and 19. Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) events will be contested across six apparatuses, while Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) athletes will compete in four.
