The 20th African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships - Oceania Championships

The 20th African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, doubling as the 2026 Oceania Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, will be held from April 30 to May 2, 2026, at the Heartfelt Arena in Tshwane (Pretoria), South Africa. 

Elite rhythmic gymnasts from 11 African nations will compete in the Rhythmic Championships, including South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Namibia, Angola, Algeria, Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Zimbabwe, Togo and Madagascar. Gymnasts Representatives from Australia and New Zealand will also participate in the Oceania Continental Championships, which will form part of the event.

This joint event serves as a premier competition for both continents, with athletes often using these championships to prepare for subsequent World Cup events.
