Taishan Sports Team in Santo Domingo: Final Preparations for the Centennial Games

The XXV Central American and Caribbean Games will officially open on July 24 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (July 24 evening Beijing time). All event preparations have entered their final phase.

As the equipment supplier for judo, wrestling, boxing, karate, taekwondo, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and trampoline, the Taishan Sports professional service team arrived in Santo Domingo ahead of schedule and has been working continuously at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center and other venues on mat laying and equipment setup.

All competition venues have been delivered, and 100% of the required equipment is now in the country and being installed in stages according to plan. The Games feature 40 sports disciplines, with over 6,000 athletes from 37 countries and territories competing. This is the oldest regional multi-sport event in the Western Hemisphere, celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
