The Top National Competitions Were Held in the Enterprise Workshop

The 2022 "Sports Cup" National Gymnastics Team Championship were held in Leling, Dezhou from August 8th to 13th, 2022.

This event is held for the first time in China and is the highest-level national competitive gymnastics event in the country. This is a good opportunity to promote the construction of the famous sports city of Leling and show the city image and cultural characteristics.

As the initiator and organizer of the event, Taishan Sports cooperated with all departments of the organizing committee to actively prepare for the event. The company cooperates with the staff of the organizing committee to optimize the workshop nearly a hundred times, and strive to present the most exciting event. To complete the entire preparatory work, they only took a dozen days. This event created the “THREE FIRSTS” - the first time for China to hold a national gymnastics team championship, the shortest preparation time in the history of Chinese gymnastics competitions, and the first time to hold a national top-level gymnastics event in the factory workshop.

In addition, Taishan Sports has also provided carbon fiber gymnastics equipment for the event. The equipment use new materials independently developed by Taishan Sports, which are both light and durable. It can further highlight safety and practicability, and present more Taishan and Chinese characteristics as much as possible.

This event is different from previous gymnastics events, and only team competitions are held. The event consists of three parts: team preliminaries, team finals and mixed team finals. There are 12 teams and 254 athletes from various provinces and cities participating. All members of the national gymnastics team, including Olympic champions Zou Jingyuan and Liu Yang, also appeared in this event.

Bian Qingfeng, deputy director of the organizing committee of the event and chairman of Taishan Sports Industry Group, said that as the initiator and organizer of this event, Taishan Sports Industry Group has a dual identity, which is not only the equipment supplier but also the organizer. In the next step, Taishan Sports will introduce and undertake more top-level sports events to promote the development of sports in Shandong.
